Re: plastic baggies - I’ve been re-using glass jars more often (salsa, pickle jars etc). They’re not always the best solution but then I’ve tried being aware of what I’m using my baggies for and then seeking an appropriate swap. Carrying snacks, freezing, packed lunch, open cheese, half an onion. Yup - there are alternative solutions for those uses.

This hits with perfect timing. I’ve built three fast-growth businesses, and while the metrics looked impressive, the nervous system cost was high. With the latest business, I decided to center spaciousness, energetic integrity, and recurring revenue built around my natural rhythms and my clients crave the same. "Scaling" can be deeply nourishing if we define success through clarity, not speed. Your Be Well Number concept mirrors how I’ve redefined “enough” as a strategy not a compromise.
